I've got ~175k coal saved up. Should I spend on Lutjens or save for the ship coupon refresh?

I enjoy destroyers and cruisers the most at tier 7+ and play about 60% PvE and 40% PvP.

I've got Von Zuck and nearly have the Manteuffel for the German line as well as the Napoli and Marceau. Other ships I'd be interested in are the Tromp, Moskva, Pommern, and Neustrashimy
