Best options to balance air temp in a 2 story house

Hi, I'm new to Canadian houses and ducted air con. My basement is freezing, my upstairs is stuffy. How can I best balance the air flow. Google says:

  1. Close lower floor vents to increase air pressure upwards.

  2. Ensure return air vents are unobstructed (no furniture or coverings) - to suck the hot air away.

  3. Fan air in the stairwell to help direct hot air.

Is there anything else, or has anyone got any tips on how to really close off air vents, as even the closed ones still have some air coming out. I'm thinking of cutting some foam to block them better?

Team 80/20 training plans gold package

Hi All,

I've been trying to find more info on the Team 80/20 Training Plan packages. I'm keen to understand what the online coach support is like? Is it 'coaching' in the sense of reviewing training data and adjusting the plan, or more like 'good job keep going' type fluff.

My aim is to complete the Ottawa 2027 IM, and have a decent base right now. I did a 70.3 a year ago with no plans or coaching, but for a full I'd like a lot more structure.

Is just downloading one of their free AI plans enough? or will the team 80/20 subscription provide way more personalised value?

Any insights would be great.
