Due to oculomotor tracking problems, I rely on the Assistive Reader in the Kindle app to highlight the words I am reading.

Ever since I updated my Go Color 7, the highlight and audio freeze about every five minutes and I have to exit out of the book and redownload the TTS voice.

I spent forty minutes on the phone with Amazon and I don’t think it’s a problem on their end since it only started happening after the update.

I also downloaded my first Whispersync (Kindle book combined with Audible audiobook) and I can’t get that to play at all. It’s less important than the Assistive Reader but still annoying.

Do you have any advice?
