Hello everyone,
I would like to share the story of an elderly woman named Ouma Elizabeth, who lives in Otjimbingwe, Namibia.
She is currently living in very difficult conditions. Her home is made from old metal sheets and is not safe. When it rains, water comes inside and everything gets wet. She does not have a proper bed or kitchen.
There is no running water, and her toilet is outside without proper hygiene or privacy. This makes daily life very hard and also affects her health.
Ouma spent her life raising many children, but today she is alone and has no one who can support her.
I visited her and saw her situation with my own eyes. It is very difficult, especially when it rains, as she has no protection.
I am trying to help raise funds to improve her living conditions – to build a safe home, provide access to clean water, and create proper sanitation.
