Hello,

I just completed a virtual prescreen with Boeing for one of their maintenance roles and was curious how common their process is. Instead of a phone screening, I had to record myself answering technical and behavioral questions through a virtual interview system.

Most of my previous job experiences have involved either recruiter phone calls or live interviews, so this format was definitely different for me. Is this pretty standard for Boeing now or does it depend on the position/program?

Just trying to get a better idea of what the normal hiring process looks like from others who have gone through it.
