Earlier today I got to a stop sign to turn left at the same time as someone else coming the opposite way was coming to turn right onto the same street. Their right turn had only a yield sign, and we got to the signs at roughly the same time. Who has the right of way in a situation like this? The driver at the yield sign let me go but I was thinking he probably had the right of way
