I’ve been thinking of getting a specialization or minor if it helps me boost my qpi but im not really sure on how it works?

For reference, I’m an incoming sophomore and although I did well on most subjects getting mainly B+ I kind if flopped in one subject each semester that were D’s which pulled my qpi down. I really want to graduate cum laude and preferably magna or summa. I used the qpi calculator to check and I would need a lot of A’s to get magna and its not enough for summa. I’m also realistic enough that It’s unlikely I’ll get all A’s for the rest of college so here I am
asking for help if I can possibly reach these goals. Thanks!
