Recently after the polygon map dropped, I'm seeing meme claims and disputes all over the map. The claimants put this flag. Few real countries like Gothia and Deepslate etc, also have this flag. So what's with this flag? Is it some kind of meme or smthn?

I was grazing through the civmc map and I saw this land. Upon further investigation I saw that this nation has no polygon claim,2 farms and a small town. Upon asking many people in discord I heard that this land has been inactive for a long time. So I was thinking is this land free to claim?
