New machine? Or make Repairs?

New machine? Or make Repairs?

Help 😩🥺

My Creality Falcon pro 2 40w laser is suffering from a catastrophic malfunction- and according to Creality it is not repairable. Machine still “runs” just not to the capacity of its original state and it takes 3-5 runs at 80% power to cut items.

This machine has less that 100 hours on it. I just launched a small business, purchased new accessories, and this is so beyond annoying. The machine was purchased 2 years ago and is now out of warranty.

After sending another strongly worded email to Creality I wanted to see if anyone had any input on what I should do…

Does anyone know of an aftermarket laser brand that will work with my machine?

Would it be more beneficial to purchase a new laser (possibly x tools m2) vs a new module (almost same cost)?

Looking for any advice 🥲 I wanna curl up in a ball and cry.
