Just wanted to give a little shout-out about a mod I recently found, and don't think I've seen mentioned in this sub before:
The Armor P1/P2 from BraccaMykar79
It's a nearly complete weapon, armor, and clothing replacer for all the non CC items, that gives the feel of Nordwar AIO extended, and includes a fix for the soul cairn crashing.
Altogether, it's about 900mb, so about the same or less than the full suite of Xavbio retextures
