I’ve been scouting the desert for cacti, but I haven’t ran into any, is it a rare spawn or am I looking in the wrong place?

Me and my buddies started on Elysium recently and want to get some top of the line raptors bred, what’s the current meta on what to spec in? Or just what’s worked for you personally
