Planned to cook baby back ribs, butcher served them as cubes

So, I preordered online the baby back ribs and this is how they were cut. I had never seen this cut so I wonder if this is normal ? Now I have 10 lbs of this, but was expecting full racks. Do I bbq them the same way ?

UPDATE: Hey all, I am so impressed by all your answers, I got so many new recipes to try from this post alone. Some comments are SO INTENSE, but I am glad this is considered serious business here.

To answer those wondering, this is in USA, but I am not from here, so I am still learning butcher cuts, and their names (like even understand St Louis vs Baby Back Ribs when in my country ribs are just ribs). That is why I had no clue if this was normal or not.

I was hosting 15 guests for a bbq party today, and indeed followed the advice to make them party style, or like burnt ends. Everyone was very happy with the results, myself included!

Thanks again everyone for your input, and amazing comments, we had a lot of fun reading them at the party. And PSG WON, yay!!!
