25F. Just got an xray done and this is my spine. I’ve always known I had ‘ mild ‘ scoliosis from around age 14 but was never given the option of a back brace and I’m feeling pretty angry about that. Anyone got a similar curve to me? I’m a very slim person so for me, my right shoulder is very pronounced and right side of waist is cinched more than left.

I’m currently seeing a specialist in scoliosis and working on different exercises but I do feel pretty bummed and emotional that this is something I have to live with and that it could’ve been helped at a younger age
