Got the bite wound on Sunday. It looks like skin tissue growing but was also worried about this being slough? Btw I've also had the bruise since Sunday and its been getting better.

I have surgery coming up and Im worried I also have h pylori. Ive been getting burping, bloating, acid reflux, anxiety, and left side stomach pain. Im wondering if this could just be the gallstones or if it could also be something else?
Edit: Im going to do a breath test to confirm but nervous because this would push back the surgery?
I am scheduled for surgery but I just found a gallstone in my stool. I dont have any emergency symptoms or pain but this scared me. Should I be concerned? I see my doctor on Friday
