Bubbles under skin, What could this possibly be?
I get these little bubbles under the skin of my hands (specifically my fingers) and feet (around my toes and the bottom/lower sides of my foot) over time, like a few days, they become itchy and end up making my skin peel, but never bleed. If I scratch at them they'll pop and leak a clear fluid (plasma?) the bubbles seem to appear literally overnight, I had just been thinking about making a post like this the next time it flares up! And lookie there!
I have had these flare ups multiple times in my life, usually 1-3 times a year. I've never managed to get to a doctor during one, but when I describe these bubbles under my skin my GPs have all had no idea what I'm talking about, but say the skin peeling is eczema, and to moisturize more.
I very much dislike lotion on my hands, so I only put a little bit of lotion on at a time, but I go crazy with lotion on my feet, especially before bed and they still appear there, though not as badly as my hands.
My skin is somewhat moisturized when this happens as the skin is peeling not flaking
What could this possibly be, how do I prevent it/help it
