I am watching the last episode in season three “cock-a-doodle-doo”

And while she’s having sex, can hear the the 3 trans(or the/they/them)

on the street is getting in the way of Samantha‘s orgasm, she gets up go to the kitchen take a ball in the sink while pouring the water she’s saying “I’m paying $7000 a month”.

And I’m bit confused because I thought she bought the apartment so the 7000 doesn’t make any sense for me.
