Can anyone figure out this problem?
I have a Lenovo legion slim 5 16ARP9 GeForce rtx 4070 amd ryzen 7000 series and have major issues when playing. My fps is constantly stuttering and dropping to 20fps with highs of 40 fps it happens randomly when playing but very often and can last for an hour at a time. My gpu is being underutilized and my cpu is being maxed out. Ive reinstalled windows, drivers, etc, and still have this problem. When I don’t have this problem occurring my pc is still being underutilized and runs at 50-70 fps without fps limits. I play low demanding games at the lowest settings and it’s barely playable. I mainly play rainbow six siege but see this problem in every game I play. My gpu hits max 40% utilization when playing, my cpu hits 100%. power mode is set to max in both nvidia and windows.
