Why on earth Kazuya still calls her Mizuhara? Especially after what she said to him about Kazuya maybe being in love with Chizuru Mizuhara and not Ichinose?

I know he tried and almost called her Ichinose (and she was over the moon with that simple attempt) but I really struggle to grasp why would Kazuya continue calling her Mizuhara.
