I want to get back into playing League and possible CS2 as well.

New build or upgrade?

New Build

Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links)

I do have peripherals , so no mouse/keyboard and monitor needed

PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)

I want to get back into League und CS2

Purchase country? Near Micro Center?

Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)

A second one would be nice but does not to be taken into account for the budget

Budget range? (Include tax considerations)

WiFi or wired connection?

Preferable both, Wi-Fi is a must

Size/noise constraints?

The smaller the better, but silence over size

Color/lighting preferences?

Absolutely no preferance
