Am I pregnant or just experiencing a delayed period?

My recent periods were:

January 8–12

February 15–19

March 7–13

April 2–6

Because of the gaps between my periods, I think my cycle may be irregular, but I’m not completely sure.

I had sexual intercourse twice, on April 9 and April 29, and we only used the withdrawal method. I thought those dates were part of my “safe days,” especially since my Flo app predicted my next period would come around April to early May.

Now I’m already around 18 days late, and it’s making me anxious. I don’t really have pregnancy symptoms like nausea, sore breasts, or cravings — it’s mostly just the delayed period. I know stress and hormonal changes can also affect cycles, so I’m confused about what’s more likely.

I’m planning to take a pregnancy test later, but I wanted to ask if anyone with irregular periods has experienced something similar. Did your period eventually come, or did it end up being pregnancy?

Has anyone experienced something similar with irregular cycles? Or Am i really irregular?
