APCASH SYNCHRONOUS

APCASH SYNCHRONOUS

Hindi naman lahat ng students ay currently in a situation where they can comfortably and properly attend online classes.

For some, attending a synchronous class is not as simple as just opening a laptop or phone and joining a meeting.

We understand that classes are important and that learning should continue.

We’re not asking for classes to be cancelled indefinitely. We’re simply asking for understanding and consideration given the circumstances. Sana rin maintindihan na not everyone is already back to their normal routine just because classes are expected to continue.

Education is important, yes, but students’ safety and well-being should matter too. Sana naman, before expecting everyone to attend synchronously, consider muna kung realistically possible ba ito for all students affected by the storm.

A little consideration during situations like this would really go a long way. Hindi naman siguro mahirap intindihin na sometimes, students need time to recover too. 🙂

APCAS 3RD YEAR RANDOMIZED

I honestly don’t understand why APCAS decided to randomize the 3rd year sections. We all know that 3rd year is already the hardest year in nursing—there are duties, case presentations, return demonstrations, requirements, and so much stress.
Many of us have already built support systems with our classmates. We know each other’s strengths, we help each other study, and we’ve become comfortable working together. Randomizing us at this point just adds more anxiety and adjustment when we’re already dealing with one of the most challenging years of our program.
Change is part of college, but I hope the administration also considers the students’ mental health and the importance of having a support system during such a demanding year. We’re not against improvements; we just wish our concerns and feelings were taken into consideration.
