Apt Sublease at Theory U-District
Hi all, I'm looking for someone (female) to take over my apartment lease at Theory U District from mid-June (date negotiable) to August 28th. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from campus, 2-minute walk from Safeway, and 8-minute walk from Trader Joe's.
The apartment is a 2-bedroom (partially divided) for 4 people (would have a roommate, whom I would introduce you to in advance). The apartment is fully furnished, including a kitchen, living room, in-unit washer/dryer, bathroom, and TV.
