Hey everyone 👋
Has anyone experienced this error on the DJI Air 3?
“Camera not calibrated. Image quality affected. Please contact DJI Support (Code: 1CD0020A)”
Also, the drone can’t complete hyperlapse — during the process it loses signal and automatically switches back to normal camera mode.
I’d like to know:
Has anyone else had this issue?
Is this more likely a software problem (firmware/calibration) or hardware?
How did you fix it?
Any help would be really appreciated 🙏
So… someone had to be the guinea pig, and this time it was me.
I was dealing with a front vision sensor error (1A0100C3), where one sensor was showing gray static. I found a guy on Telegram claiming he had a “software solution” to fix it, since DJI Assistant 2 doesn’t support calibration for this model.
He sounded convincing, answered technical questions, and said the issue was software-related. In the end, he asked for $40 via Telegram Wallet.
I paid… and right after that, he blocked me.
No software, no response, nothing.
Just posting this here so no one else falls for the same thing. If someone asks for payment via Telegram Wallet or any non-protected method for “drone repair software”, be very careful.
Lesson learned the hard way.
If anyone actually has a real solution for this sensor issue, I’m still open to suggestions.
Update: I actually found this guy through this YouTube video:

Just adding this here so others are aware and don’t fall for the same thing.
