In Western Pennsylvania. Raised from a jet black tadpole into a new toadlet!

I’m in the Pittsburgh metro area. I found these tadpoles in the top of my boyfriend’s pool cover.

They all started out jet black. They’re growing at different rates. Now a couple have grown front legs, but I can’t tell if they’re the same species. Also some of the tadpoles that have only back legs are bigger than the froglets. Can you identify them for me? These are the two froglets/toadlets. And remaining tadpoles. My guess is the eastern American toad.
