Watching the Oregon - Washington game and I noticed some Oregon players writing on small notepads in the dugout. Any idea what they are doing?

What are your current strategies for organizing cards? Especially wondering about more serious players with the ability to play a different deck week to week. How are you organizing everything for easy access on a week to week basis?
