I’m having a really hard time getting above 900kcal a day. I work an active nursing field job I hit between 8k-12k steps a day I work out for 30 minutes every morning with a trainer. I’m usually hitting about 100g protein a day but I just can’t get my calories up I’m not hungry enough to eat more to hit more calories. Any tips?
I’m female 5’1” 165lbs and my calculated stats are:
Kcal 1450g
Protein 105g
Fats 56g
Carbs 130g
