Weird thing happened with my Caine plush tracking number, has this ever happened to any of y'all??
So, my Caine plush started shipping on the 16th (earlier than expected!) however, one day after he started shipping my tracking number stopped updating and got stuck at "processing information input" and changed out of nowhere to a tracking number that I tried using but didn't show any information on any website I tried. A while later the original tracking number's information (the one starting with UL) was lost too (strangely with the exception of the Parcelsapp website). This is my second time ordering merch, since none of this happened the first time I just wanna know if I need to contact the Glitch store or Yanwen about this 😭😭😭

Hey so, is it normal that my Caine puppet order is still only displaying this information?
I ordered my plush back in April 3rd. I got a confirmation email with the order number but every time I track on the website I receive no additional tracking information. The website said that orders made after April 3rd will ship mid-May, does my order already count as post April 3rd? This is my first time ordering merch on the store so I just wanna know if this is a normal thing 🙃
