What do you guys think the meaning behind the song “Waltz in E major, Op. 15 “Moon Waltz” is?

I barely see anyone discuss this song and I would like to hear some cool interpretation of it

Missing Verse 4/ Bridge in Greener

Does anyone have any details on why and when they took out the bridge/4th verse of Greener? I always thought it was so beautiful so I'm super sad its not on the version of the song that's available today on streaming, etc.

You can hear it on this youtube demo at 2:58 however, I'm pretty sure there's a recorded version of it that's a bit less demo-y and I'd love to track it down if possible. I bought their CD at a live show in Connecticut in maybe 2009/2010. It was their full studio album from what I remember – not like an ep or collection of demos – and it definitely had the version with the bridge included! (I know because I listened to it probably 1 million times!)

ANY INSIGHT IS WELCOME! And does anyone else feel so nostalgic for that verse?

What does “without looking down riding around like dragon I fly scraping my face on the sky” mean?

So I know the entire song of ruler of everything is about a clock and I understand all the other references to time but this one stumped me. Or is just lyric of choice?
