Picked this up today and trying to narrow down the age.

It’s a small 14 cm Le Creuset enameled cast iron cocotte in classic flame, with a few features I don’t see often:

- “14” stamped inside a diamond on the base

- LE CREUSET marking around the bottom

- Integrated cast iron lid knob (not a later phenolic knob)

- Ribbed side handles

- Cream interior with some typical age-related crazing

No modern lid logo or later standardized markings.

From what I’ve been able to piece together, my best guess is late 1950s to mid 1960s, possibly that transition period before the branding and forms became more standardized.

Curious if anyone here:

- Can confirm (or dispute) that date range

- Or has a similar 14 cm piece for comparison

Always fun finding the smaller sizes — hadn’t seen a 14 cm in the wild before.
