Ill be playing on one of my play throughs and later through the game when everything is happening I try to get some of my proposals at the minimum on the senate floor and a bunch of tiny useless Empires flood the proposals tab with a bunch of nothingness then for some reasons my proposals get pushed to the bottom after them being there for what feels like 200 years
