We just bought a Cask Nano and will soon start canning both still and carbonated products, mostly still and sparkling water.
We’ve been looking at installing a UV-C light around the lid drop, but since we’ll be using XO lids, we’re concerned about shadows and blind spots making UV less effective.
Does anyone have a good, low-cost way to sanitize lids without spending tens of thousands of dollars?
If you’re running an effective setup, I’d really appreciate seeing how you’ve done it. Any advice is welcome.
