5 blasts sending of for PGTA- do I stand a chance?

I started IVF at the beginning of the year after a miscarriage from a natural conception. I'm 41, turning 42 next week, AMH is about 1ng/ml, AFC between 6-12.

I bought a 3 cycle package with my clinic, so I did 3 egg retrievals, and I just got the call for my clinic for the blast outcome from the last cycle, so now we're on to PGTA Testing.

Cycle 1: January 2026

5 eggs retrieved, all mature and fertilized

2x blasts: 5BB and 5CB

Cycle 2: March 2026

5 eggs retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized

1x blast: 5AA

Cycle 2 I was battling with asynchronous growth and 1 follicle bullied away and was 27mm at trigger, so I reckon the immature egg came from that one

Cycle 3: May 2026

5 eggs retrieved, all mature and fertilized

2 blasts: 5BB, 5BC

I'm really pleased with my maturity and fertilization rates (>90% both), I would say my blast rate is standard for my age (around 40%). I just never really got more than 5 follicles to wake up and contribute.

Overall also my left ovary did the heavy lifting, in cycle 1 and 3 4/5 were from the left, my right one barely contributed - in cycle 2 my right was "in charge" and it was my worst one in terms of blasts, although it gave me the AA one.

Now I'm really dreading the results of the PGTA, as I know it will be the biggest drop off yet. What are your experiences in this age bracket (41-42) to send 5 for testing? Any encouragement to bring me through the next 4 weeks?
