I'm building AI tools for small businesses but genuinely don't know who needs what help me out?

I have been working hard to build some Artificial Intelligence products for small businesses but I have hit a roadblock. It is not a problem with the technology. It is more like I do not understand who really needs these Artificial Intelligence products.

My problem is that small businesses are all very different from one another. For example a local bakery, an agency with only five people, a consultant who works on their own and a retail shop all have very different issues. I keep thinking about what I should focus on building. I wonder if a small business owner even has the time to use an Artificial Intelligence tool.. Do they need something that is really easy to use and just works on its own in the background.

Do they care more about saving time saving money or looking more professional to their clients. I really do not know the answer to these questions. I would rather ask people than make a guess and build something that nobody wants to use. So I am asking all of you. What would really be useful for your business or workplace. Is it something that helps with answering customer emails. Maybe something that automates the boring administrative tasks . Perhaps something that helps with social media and creating content. Is it something entirely different. I am not trying to sell you anything. I do not have a website to show you. I just want to figure out what problem is really worth solving before I spend much time on it. I would really like to hear about what annoys you on a basis and how Artificial Intelligence products can help small businesses like yours. What do you think small businesses like a bakery or a retail shop need from Artificial Intelligence products .Can Artificial Intelligence products really help an agency or a freelance consultant.

I want to build something that's really useful, for small businesses and I need your help to do that.

I'm building AI tools for small businesses but genuinely don't know who needs what help me out?

So I've been heads-down building some AI products aimed at small businesses, and I hit a wall.

Not a technical wall. More like a understanding one like who actually needs it.

Here's my confusion: small businesses are so different from each other. A local bakery, a 5-person agency, a freelance consultant, a retail shop they all have wildly different problems. And I keep going back and forth on what to actually prioritize building.

Like... does a small business owner even have time to use an AI tool? Or do they need something so plug-and-play that it just runs in the background? Do they care more about saving time, saving money, or looking more professional to clients?

I genuinely don't know, and I'd rather ask than guess wrong and build something nobody wants.

So I'm throwing it out to you all — what would actually be useful for your business or workplace?

  • Is it something that handles customer replies / emails?
  • Automating repetitive admin work?
  • Help with social media / content?
  • Something else entirely?

No pitch here, no landing page link. Just trying to figure out what problem is actually worth solving before I go too deep. Would love to hear what's annoying you day-to-day.

Need advice on starting my financial journey.

I’m a recent graduate, and after covering my monthly expenses, I’m able to save around ₹50,000 every month. I’m completely new to personal finance and investing, so please consider me a beginner in this space.

Recently, I came across the concept of compounding, and it made me realize how important it is to start managing money early. My goal is simple I want to build financial peace and stability over the next 20 years.

I don’t want to put all my savings into a single investment because I understand that can be risky. Instead, I’d like to divide my money into different buckets based on safety, growth, and long-term goals.

What would you suggest for someone starting from scratch?

Need Resources to Learn AWS Fast for Deploying an AI Product

I’m currently building an AI product for an NGO, and one of the key requirements is deploying the entire system on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The challenge is that I have very little practical experience with AWS, and the ecosystem feels extremely vast and confusing for a beginner. Since this is a real-world project with actual deployment requirements, I want to learn AWS in a fast, structured, and practical way instead of randomly watching tutorials without understanding the bigger picture.

The project involves AI workflows, backend APIs, vector databases/RAG pipelines, authentication, storage, and scalable deployment. Because of this, I specifically want to learn the AWS services and DevOps concepts that are most useful for deploying AI applications in production. I would really appreciate recommendations for the best YouTube channels, courses, deployment tutorials, hands-on labs, roadmaps, or beginner-friendly resources that helped you learn AWS efficiently. If anyone here has experience deploying AI or RAG-based applications on AWS, I would also love to know what services and architecture you used, the common mistakes beginners make, and what concepts you think are most important to learn first.

My goal is not just to theoretically understand AWS, but to become productive enough to confidently deploy and manage this NGO project within a short time. Any guidance or resource recommendations would genuinely help a lot.

Horrified to See Violence Justified in the Name of Possession

Here violence is not the issue — justification is. Today, I saw a husband hitting his wife, claiming she was possessed by the soul of someone who died 10 years ago. I live in a village where possession beliefs are considered normal, but the difference is that I had never seen violence connected to it before.

Now the world is changing super fast, especially in this AI era. How can we solve issues like this where blind belief becomes a reason for abuse?

Any suggestions or ideas?
