Good Day Everyone,

I'm hoping someone can assist me i am receiving an error code in IVMS when trying to playback more than 1 camera at a time. I am using a Hik-Connect account in IVMS-4200 for the cameras, I am running the latest IVMS. So if i select one camera to do a remote playback the camera comes up with no issue but if i try select another camera to play at the same time i get this error: Playback Failed Error Code OpenSDK StringError 525416. I would appreciate the assistance with this. Thanks in advance
