My co-founder wants 70% and I'm sitting here having done literally everything. How do I handle this?

He came up with the idea. A high level, napkin-sketch kind of idea. No details, no plan, just the concept.

I built the entire product. Wrote every line of code. Decided what features to build and how they should actually work. Designed the branding. Made the logo. Came up with the name. Wrote the pitch scripts. Delivered the pitches. Ran the social media.

He came up with the idea.

Now he wants 70/30 in his favor. And I genuinely do not know if he understands what he is asking, or if he understands perfectly and is counting on me not to push back.

Has anyone been in this situation? Do I renegotiate hard, lawyer up, or just accept that this partnership is already over and plan my exit before it gets messier?
