Doing a Necrophage Slavers Guild run, once I biologically ascend, should I genetically modify my slaves for Fertile or Vat-Grown traits? Vat-Grown seems to have a higher percentage of growth and uses less trait points, but I heard it might be bugged and am wondering how it interacts with other modifiers. I rolled the Baol so I can turn all my planets into Gaia worlds, which give a boost to pop growth, as well as some Fertility Preachers on my council. I'm also thinking of creating a thrall world on a Gaia planet and shoving all the Nu-Boal onto it and genetically modifying them to become my empire's super soldiers. I'd like to create an army as fast as possible on this planet so I can distribute the across the empire to fortress planets.
