Hey everyone,

Joining TCS Pune physically on 4th June as a fresher in the Digital batch (Systems Engineer, Grade C1). Got the joining email today with document requirements and have a couple of urgent doubts.

1. Service Agreement:

The physical induction email lists Service Agreement under SET 1 mandatory documents. But the Employee Handbook sent separately says it's not applicable for Grade C1 and above.

Did anyone from the Digital/C1 batch actually need to carry a Service Agreement? Or is it only for NQT/Ninja batch?

2. Surety Verification Form:

Found the form — it says it needs to be:

Filled and signed by the Surety

Attested by a competent authority

Accompanied by Surety's PAN + Form 16 / IT Returns

Is this actually verified strictly on Day 1? Or is there a grace period to submit it after joining? Arranging attestation by a competent authority overnight isn't really possible for most freshers.

Did anyone get through Day 1 without this and submit it later?

Any help from people who've recently joined TCS Pune would be massively appreciated.
