Hello,
I am 35 with no bio kids and 2 step kids. i dont have any assets and my net worth is in the $0. i do have 401k and life insurance policies. I want to know if doing a trust online is a good option for the life insurance policies. I know most will say it is not worth the effort but my step-daughter is horrible at managing her money. she is currently 14 and i want to make sure she can not just blow the money is something happens to me or my spouse. I have looked into a trust but i am unsure if i need a lawyer or not. If so where would i find a good one in NC.
