Why airtel customer care be lying!? If they can see the details on you.
The sim data wasn't working a bit for 2 days. Gave customer care a call, one said that the issue will be gone after 2days, then google what might the problem be, didn't aware that sim data is capped at 300GB. called another time, the story went that the issue be fixed around 4 hours after. Asked them specifically if the data for the billing cycle is gone. Again they said that isn't the issue. Called them the third time, this time the man said that the issue is the data is fully used.
What your thoughts on this thing, is it common for such incompetence.
