I’m on felony Probation, Georgia and I got approved to go to New York in Philadelphia for the UFC event, but I was wondering if anyone knows or had this happen to him can they make you do a drug screen while in a different state and if so, would it be like a doctors office or to a probation office in that state?
I’m on felony probation for 2 counts of serious injury my family is moving from Georgia to Tennessee but I want to go to Arizona Scottsdale to be specific. I’ve never posed as a flight risk or dangerous person as my chargers were from a car accident I have two of my own companies as well I have a remote sales job so I’d be able to find a place there and make enough money my only violation was THC failed test. My question is do you think I could get approved to move to a new state?
