As the title says, was caught driving with a suspended license, no insurance, and in probation from a careless driving charge from last year (ends December). I had an emergency and had to drive gf. I had NOT driven my car until today and unluckily got pulled over randomly on my way back home.
Please i’ve heard enough of dont do this and that. I just want to know what to expect. Is jail a big possibility? They didnt take the car and let me drive off, have a court date for Sept. 22.
Hi everyone. My husband will be released from prison February of next year, we were hoping to have our wedding ceremony in California next October. I know you can travel with a travel pass with permission from your PO, but does anyone have any insight on how long they make you wait until you can travel out of state? He’s in state prison for battery (not against women or children) he’s never had any crimes related to trafficking or anything to do with crossing state lines

I got my 2nd dwi in march 2026. My first one was 2021. I was on an antipsychotic medication for bipolar, i do not do well on it and one day i drank and drove when i was very depressed. I got a dwi at .14 through a blood test, i was complicit. I am a single mom of 2 kids and work primarily weekends. I can NOT do any jail time. I see my psychiatrist regularly, we switched my medication and itis so much better, I am doing substance abuse classes voluntarily, I have a breathalyzer and pass my UA tests… I’m hoping for just probation and would love some in put
I did about .4-.5 grams of coke 10 days ago while drinking heavily, and I have a urine test tomorrow. What’s are my odds of passing.
So I was arrested in February and have been out on bond while my lawyer was working out getting me to do pre-trial intervention. She told me in the meantime to enroll in an IOP program which I did about 3 weeks ago now. I have failed my drug tests at the IOP and my official probation date has now been set and I meet with my PO on the 29th of this month. My IOP has moved me into a higher level of care and i think I should pass my first drug test when I meet with my PO. Will my failed tests from before put me in jail? I got a first time offense felony drug charge under a gram in Harris County Texas.
I’m on probation in Texas. I failed 1 ua and had 2 dilutions. I also have an ankle monitor that died twice and I violated curfew around my house. How likely is it that they will revoke it completely and issue a warrant. Do they usually start with sanctions and consequences outside of revocation. I go see my po in 2 days and I’m stressing hard. Im going to try to address it then and tell her I’ve been drinking and am willing to take classes or whatever I can to make this probation a success.
I’m on felony Probation, Georgia and I got approved to go to New York in Philadelphia for the UFC event, but I was wondering if anyone knows or had this happen to him can they make you do a drug screen while in a different state and if so, would it be like a doctors office or to a probation office in that state?

I was told that my tests would be once every month, and that once in three years someone on the same probation as me saw it twice a month. I got caught for alcohol underage, so it’s pretty low importance of a charge. I just got tested yesterday, what’s the odds it’d happen again this month? I’m not trying to game the system but I don’t want to shell out $60 every week.
I’ve been on probation for 9 months. I’ve failed almost every UA since then. Last month at a violation hearing I was sent to jail for a week. Came back out with some more stipulations. 90 in 90, which I’ve done and documented. But I failed another UA and I have a court hearing for it in 5 hours. I’ve been accepted into a rehab inpatient facility and could go in 3 hours. If I go to rehab now obviously I’ll miss my court date. I’m pretty sure if I appear in court they are going to detain me and send me back to jail. My charge is possession of class b like 1/4 Gram. wtf should I do. Text PO and tell him I’m entering rehab? Show up to court with documentation (hopefully I can get in 2 hours) showing I’m accepted to the rehab facility and will go straight from court?
Hi I need help my drug test is tmr morning I got a leg strap and I’m getting my friends pee like 15 minutes before the test I have temperature stuff I need to like practice or something . But is this going to work it’s at labcorp and I’m stresssinggg I just need to know if it’s going to work . Or need to know things to make sure to do like I know I need to shake it up so it has bubbles and 90-100 Fahrenheit like what else help !!!!!!! I’m not a crack head I just like some weed before bed
He was sentenced 24 months with a six month judicial, and released this past September 2nd. Recently indicted with a second DVF3 charge in Ohio. He also has another DV charge that was dropped to a misdemeanor approximately three years ago. Curious what possible sentencing could occur. Thank you
So obviously im on probation for agg roberry. Ive been good across the board about my fees , community service , and etc. Today I had a random UA , it will be my first failed Ua unless the baking soda trick works lol... so as of right now im waiting for the results to see what will happen. I talked to most people , they said id get more testing and probably drug and alcohol class first time around... Hopefully we'll see, Im waiting for my PO to get the results first , then ill tell her my side of the story about my relapse and etc. And that im taking full responsibility for my actions which is not good at all. So for anyone out there who is curious about the process I will let yall know what happens next !
