10mg Trintellix nausea — looking for tips
I’ve been taking 10mg of (brand name) Trintellix since April, and it’s been the only medication that has really helped me. The problem is that I’ve had extreme nausea since the very first night I took it, even though I’ve always taken it after dinner/a meal and before bed.
I’ve been managing the nausea with ondansetron (zofran), but I’m currently running low and haven’t been able to get in touch with my prescriber to renew the refill.
For those who experienced significant nausea with Trintellix, did anything actually help reduce it over time?
I’m looking for things I can try while I’m waiting to get in touch with my prescriber.
I really don’t want to stop Trintellix because it’s been helping me so much, but the nausea can be pretty debilitating. Any advice would be appreciated!
