so usually after hiyuki joins a team or is outside of battle, waiting a few seconds usually give the 3 stacks for the ult. In ToA and Whimpering waste works cause i can just wait till the stack is full then start the battle. but in tacticle hologram synchronization, the battle immediately starts therefore my hiyuki doesnt have enough time to gain the stack and the rotation damage is significantly reduce cause i can only ult with 1 stack on the first rotation. is it supposed to be like this? i have S3R1 hiyuki
