People living in Prateek Grand City would you genuinely recommend buying a flat there for self-use?
I’m seriously considering purchasing a flat in Prateek Grand City for my family, but since this is a long-term commitment with years of EMIs,
I want honest feedback from actual residents instead of broker opinions or YouTube marketing.
I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews on Deepak Pragya Vlogs on YouTube regarding issues like maintenance, construction quality, traffic, water leakage, society management, crowd density, etc.
At the same time, but never saw any comment of any owners saying they are happy with their purchase, but society looks very clean , maintained and livable, so I’m confused.
Would really appreciate brutally honest feedback on:
Construction quality after living there
Maintenance charges vs facilities
Traffic and commute pain
Builder responsiveness
Any hidden problems buyers don’t realize initially
Whether you would buy there again if given a second chance
Please share only if you or close family actually live there.
