I have a 2026 Bronco Heritage. I’m wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing because I’m about to pull my hair out. I’ll connect to CarPlay and everything will be fine then randomly it will display the “phone volume” like I’m on a phone call. It cuts my music off for a few seconds, then it will come back. It’s always on the same phone volume, 18 even if I change it will I’m in a phone call. I’m so frustrated because it happens all the time. Please someone help. 😭😭😭 Also sometimes if I’m on a phone call, when we disconnect it’s on the radio randomly and I can’t get it to switch back to CarPlay without cutting the vehicle off.
