I've shared before but I'm just checking in to say I feel great and I hope I can inspire someone else if they are struggling. I have more energy, less anxiety, and I feel overall just better. I'm living proof that if I can do it, anyone can. If you're thinking about quitting, I urge you to try it even just for a little while and see how you feel!!!
