I27M have been with my Gf25 for almost 5 years. We have a daughter who is almost 2. Some backstory, my gf stepfather came into her life when she was 16. She was never allowed to wear short shorts in the house or sports bra (in our house she walks around in a sports bra most the time.) I’m not biased, my gf is a very beautiful women. She also has large breast, and she has told me he has made comments on them but subtle ones, her and I have caught him looking at her, he has always made her uncomfortable. My gf mom is aware of this, but does nothing and says that she knows she has a beautiful daughter and it’s hard not to look. When my gf told them she was pregnant he made a comment how beautiful she was going to look pregnant.
My gf mom and stepdad live out of state, and they haven’t met our daughter yet. We moved down here while my gf was pregnant. We just keep making excuses about being busy and plus our daughter was in the hospital a few weeks last year she had to have a surgery. They are now wanting to fly down here and spend a week with us and meet her. I told my gf they were notttt meeting her, which my gf was upset over. She agreed she didn’t want her stepfather around her but felt badly for her mom. I said that her mother enables that behavior and will never come alone, so that’s on her. My gf understands but is sad about it, she tried discussing it with me but I had said she’s my daughter too and unless she comes alone I can’t change my mind. We told them no, and my gf told her she didn’t want her stepfather around. My gf mom got offended and said he’s harmless and is great with kids. They argued, and are pretty upset with us saying we are withholding their grandchild, leaving my gf feeling down which I feel really bad about. AITA
