Hi all, I've been doing aerials for around 6 years, and when I started I got extreme motion sickness. I've built up to a pretty moderate spin on sling but it only lasts around 2 mins before I start getting nauseous and dizzy.

Any tips for building up speed and time on my spin tolerance?

I should also mention drills make me sick, this is moving and flowing between moves, poses and drops throughout the time spinning.

Edit to add I'm very intolerant toward drugs like dramamine, they turn me into a zombie.
