I’m working on getting a new wardrobe and I want to know what looks best on me!

I’m 26 F and I want to start dressing classy but not look too old, I still want to look youthful. I feel like a lot of my old clothes are dingy and tacky and cheap looking. I wanted outfits that flatter my body. What are some pointers?
