My friend gets annoyed when I lack confidence. Can you relate?

Do you ever have people become annoyed with you when you're hesitant to speak up or assert your needs, wants, opinions? The girl i dated and i are still friends but when we hang out, she can't seem to help herself from pointing out anytime I come across in a people pleasing way. It bugs her.

It's something I'm aware of, not proud of, and I'm working on it, and have actually come a very long way. It's not helpful to have someone getting annoyed with me about it.

Does this happen to you guys too? Just me?

Do others mistake you INFPs for extraverts?

Happens to me ALL THE TIME, but trust me I'm no extravert. I'm in my 40s now, but in my 20/30s i was very quiet and shy.

INFP-T + INFJ-T = less playful and fun and exciting?

(TLDR: can infp-t be themselves and have fun silly moments and feel satisfied in relationship with more reserved and rigid personalities like infj?)

As an infp, I have typically only felt that "spark" and excitement with extroverts, or at least introverts that's are more expressive and fun. However, over the last few months i have been spending time with an infj and I'm wondering if this connection that feels really quite nice could turn into something exciting that i usually only feel with extroverts.

However, sometimes i feel like i can't fully be myself with her because she's much more rigid and quiet. I feel like i need someone who can join me in being silly and fun before i can fully commit to a playful and silly moment. Does that make sense? Has anyone ever felt similar? Anyone who possibly surprised themselves by falling in love with someone much more reserved than you?
